Managing Partner of Corporate, Labour, Compliance and Regulatory.
Career
He has been a Partner in the Labour area of Russell Bedford, Manager of the Legal Area and Office of the General Counsel (OGC) of PWC for the South American territory. He has been a Lead Partner since 2015, responsible for the Development of Investment Structures and Identification of Foreign Investment Opportunities in Peru. Likewise, he has structured and designed plans in labour practice, real estate, and contracts with the State, due to his good relations with government authorities. In addition, Erick has developed Legal Compliance Scan, a technological tool whose objective is to carry out online regulatory compliance of the Financial Intelligence Unit .
He has been the main advisor to more than 90 foreign companies in the country and has led investment projects. He has formed boards of directors and is a legal advisor in investment development. Furthermore, he has worked with the Auna Group, UPC, KWS, Promperú, GTD, McDonald’s, among other companies from various sectors.
He is a professor of the Public Limited Companies course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and a recurring jury for corporate law degree exams at the same university. Erick has also been appointed as event coordinator on corporate issues for various law magazines. He is a speaker at conferences on corporate and corporate law, Corporate Compliance, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Equal Pay and Labour Compliance Training.

Education
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has an MBA from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Spain and an Executive Master from the European Business Institute. Likewise, he has a Master’s Degree in Business Law from PUCP. Certified as an Independent Director in the MDD11 program of Centrum Católica; He also has a Specialization Diploma in Corporate Finance awarded by the same university.
