Career

Daniel  has more than 12 years of extensive professional experience, primarily focusing on commercial and administrative litigation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and corporate law. Additionally, he is well-versed in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, fintech, compliance, and energy and infrastructure matters.

As an arbitrator, he has presided over both international and domestic arbitrations governed by various organizations’ rules, such as the International Chamber of Commerce, CANACO, UNCITRAL, and others. He has served as a sole arbitrator and as President of Arbitral Tribunals.

Daniel has been entrusted with providing legal counsel to clients from both domestic and international backgrounds, handling corporate affairs that involve national and cross-border transactions. He specializes in financing, debt instruments, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing Latin American companies in cases involving corruption and compliance (white-collar crimes) and regulatory matters, including those pertaining to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and national anti-corruption legislation.
