JENNIFER T. ONG graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2003 with a degree in Legal Management and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2007. She placed 2nd in the 2007 Philippine Bar Examinations. Prior to joining SPCMB, Ms. Ong was an Associate at Lim Ocampo Leynes Law Offices from 2007 to 2009 and an Associate at Esguerra and Blanco Law Offices from 2009 to 2011, where she gained extensive experience in the fields of corporate and tax law. In 2011, Ms. Ong joined SPCMB as a Senior Associate and is now a Partner in the Corporate and Special Projects Department.

Ms. Ong specializes in special projects, corporate financing and secured lending, deal structuring, commercial transactions and contracts, contract review and negotiation, joint ventures and M&A including due diligence, as well as public-private partnerships, which she has undertaken for local and foreign clients.
