Career

MARTIN C. SUBIDO, CPA holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law where he received the Second Honors Silver Medal (Ranked No. 3 in his Batch). He is also a Certified Public Accountant having obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University where he was a consistent member of the Dean’s List. Prior to joining SPCMB, Mr. Subido was an Associate in Quisumbing Torres Law Firm (Baker & McKenzie) where he specialized in Banking and Finance. He later on joined the Villaraza & Angangco Law Offices (formerly Carpio Villaraza & Cruz Law Offices) where, as Senior Associate, he handled Corporate and Tax Litigation, Special Projects and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.

Mr. Subido has an extensive experience in incorporating corporations and registering securities with the SEC for local and foreign investors, as well as listing said securities with the Philippine Stock Exchange. He has likewise provided continuing legal management and corporate housekeeping for private and publicly listed corporations.
