Position

Philippe Lauzeral has more than 30 years of experience in litigation, pre-litigation and arbitration proceedings. He assists his clients in complex litigation, mainly in the fields of business law, corporate law and commercial law (invoking guarantees of assets and liabilities, disputes between shareholders, whether or not bound by a shareholders’ agreement, litigation relating to an acquisition/disposal contract or breach of commercial relations, unfair competition), as well as white collar crime, on both a national and international level.

Career

Prior to joining Moncey Avocats, Philippe was a founding partner at CVML where he developed for more than 15 years, the litigation and arbitration practice.

Education

Philippe graduated from University Paris II – Panthéon Assas (Magistère de juriste d’affaires / DJCE / DESS de Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité) and Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (DESS de Droit du Marché Commun).
