Position
Suzanne is one of the leading insolvency and turnaround specialists in the South East dealing with all aspects of corporate and individual insolvency, restructuring and refinancing including, but not limited to, contentious and non-contentious issues arising in administrations, receiverships, liquidations (solvent and insolvent), bankruptcies, voluntary arrangements. Suzanne’s assignments are not sector specific and frequently include security issues, restructuring and refinancing projects as well as advice to one or more class of key stakeholders. She is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
Suzanne’s clients include funders, investors, management (directors), shareholders, creditors (customers and suppliers), landlords and insolvency and turnaround practitioners.
