Career

In addition to his studies, he has also been engaged as a lawyer and Assistant Attorney at Alterum Law Firm Legal Studio, with which he has collaborated for a period of approximately 3 years. During this time, he assisted in various legal matters in the civil, criminal and administrative spheres. He has also participated in working groups as an assistant lawyer and lawyer in various projects and publications at non-profit centers, which have focused on evaluations, attitudes and legal interpretation of the rights of minors in conflict with the law based on the Code of Justice Criminal for Minors.

Enea Isufi has been part of the working group and editorial staff in 2 editions of Non-Profit Centers which focused on the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Mr. Isufi has worked for a period of 1 year as a lawyer at the Institute of Public Health, a dependent institution of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection. During this time, he has become even more professional in administrative procedures and legislation in the field of Labor Relations, Public Procurement, Health, etc.

Currently Mr. Enea Isufi is part of the “Halimi Law & Tax” where he is mainly engaged in the judicial representation of cases in the Banking sector, the Energy sector, the Hydrocarbons sector, the Business sector, etc.

Education

Enea Isufi completed his university education and graduated in law in 2017. She then continued her studies in the Master of Science, in the Profile of Private and Business Law, at the European University of Tirana. In 2019, he graduated in the Master of Science “Private and Business Law” with the profile “Business Law”.

After completing his postgraduate studies, he continued his studies and relevant training at the National School of Advocacy, where he was licensed as a lawyer.

Based on considerable knowledge in the criminal sphere, Mr. Isufi attended and graduated from the Professional Criminal Master’s study program at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana.

Mr. Isufi has attended various professional trainings and is well versed in the legislation on Public Procurement and Public Private Partnership.
