Junior Associate

Career

With the beginning of his studies at the Faculty of Law, he has also started work as a mentor in a project in the field of pre-university education, where his main task was the direction, management, mentoring and supervision of high school youth in the Municipality of Korça in their activity as activists for a higher quality education. After this experience, he was engaged as a facilitator in the activities of the “Quality Education” Center.

In parallel with his studies and professional commitment, Mr. Zguro is engaged in various civil society organizations such as: European Law Students Association Albania (ELSA Albania), GUXO, etc. In 2021, the General Assembly of the ELSA Albania association elected him to the position of Vice President for Academic Activities, while from August 1, 2022 he holds the position of President of this association.

From January 2021, Mr. Zguro has been employed as a lawyer at the “Halimi Law and Tax” law firm, representing some of the largest telecommunications and security companies. In addition, Mr. Zguro is a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the “Halimi Foundation Institute”.

Education

Dhimitër Zguro is currently a student in the second cycle of scientific studies Master of Science in “Criminal Law” at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. In the same faculty, he completed the first cycle of Bachelor of Law studies with excellent results.
