Ranjan has over two decades of experience dealing with matters involving employment laws, dispute resolution, corporate-commercial laws, data privacy & protection, aviation, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, amongst others. He is actively involved in advising clients on ongoing HR issues and investigation of complaints besides assisting clients on various aspects of complex employment law issues pertaining to workforce structuring, secondment, contentious senior managerial exits, reductions in force, closures, employee transfers, integrations pursuant to corporate transactions and cross-border employee benefits, including employee stock option plans.
He also advises on complex commercial and corporate litigation, white collar crimes, commercial disputes, and regulatory matters. He has represented many prominent Indian and foreign multinationals corporations, operating across varied sectors/industries, including IT/ITES, technology, media & telecommunications, aviation, hospitality, etc.,
Ranjan is a member of Bar Council of Delhi, India, Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. Ranjan was also an elected member of CII Task Force on Legal Services, for the year 2020-21. Before joining the Firm, Ranjan was a Partner at Bhasin & Co., Advocates.
