Career
Nandita has over three and a half decades of experience as a legal practitioner. She has counselled various domestic as well as foreign multinational corporations on varied aspects of corporate & commercial transactions involving disciplines such as intellectual property, M&A, real estate, taxation, technology, and licensing, etc., she also led a Fortune 500 company for over 14 years, as the Regional General Counsel & Policy Head. International legal matter management is her forte since as the Regional General Counsel & Policy Head she was based in Singapore with oversight of Australia and other South-East Asian countries and whilst working in India was responsible for Africa and Middle-East.
She is resourceful in formulating and executing legal, corporate and JV strategies, designing public policies, directing large-scale corporate contract negotiations, and resolving employees and IR disputes. Experienced in managing litigations in all the courts.
