Experience includes the only private NHS franchising, the £435m public-to-private of McKechnie plc; the buyout, flotation and sale of ShareLink; and the only public offer made in Belgium by a UK company. Advised Imperial College London on establishment of the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre in Abu Dhabi. Currently advising on the first NHS foundation trust mergers and acquisitions.
