Founder and General Director of the firm, Mr Lei is a Laywer under the Mozambican Bar and the first Chinese Lawyer to graduate from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM).
Lei specializes in Commercial Corporate and investment and mining law, assists foreigners and nationals in several areas of private investment. He has considerable experience in Due Diligence in several areas of law, audits and preparation of environmental studies.
Has also provided legal services on the study of Mozambique legal Framework in Public-Private Partnership and the elaboration of Due Diligence in a road concession sector, where he gave legal advice on the construction of 3 roads in north of Mozambique. He has also worked with the first titanium producer, advising on disputes between shareholders. He has held negotiations on the buying of new lands for this type of activities and much more.
