Nikolaus Becker advises clients on the protection of private assets, the structuring of corporate succession and the safeguarding of succession. Another focus of his work is on assisting companies and high-net-worth individuals in establishing themselves in Austria. As a certified compliance officer, he offers banks and clients services in the area of outsourced AML (Anti-Money Laundering Reports) audits.
During his law studies at the University of Vienna, Nikolaus Becker already gained experience as a legal assistant in a Viennese law firm. After completing his studies, he started as an associate at HSP.law where he continued to work as an independent lawyer after passing his bar exam and finally became a partner in 2005. In 2007 he graduated from the University of St. Gallen with an Executive Master of Business Law.
