Srecko Kopilovic is a partner and head of litigation department of Kopilovic&Kopilovic Law Firm, Belgrade, based in Belgrade, Serbia. His areas of expertise are litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property, corporate law, civil law, real estate&construction, infrastructure and banking&finance. Srecko Kopilovic advises clients in all types of disputes, technology transfer and licensing, land acquisition, construction and infrastructural projects.

During his career, Srecko acted as legal advisor and provided assistance to one of the largest Serbian construction companies regarding contract management, construction agreements, litigation, legal assistance in the procedure of annulment of the privatization. He was also in-house legal counsel of Serbian construction company for two years and acted as long term legal advisor to the largest Italy-based bank in Serbia and provided advices in mortgages, securement of debt, large number of bankruptcy procedures. Srecko also acted as the general legal advisor and leader of the litigation project for the largest supplier of thermal power in Serbia, leading the team of over 30 Attorneys during the period of 10 years, the project included over 40.000 cases.

Srecko provides legal assistance to domestic companies and subsidiaries of foreign companies, as well as to large Italian and Chinese companies in respect to amicable resolution of disputes with domestic and foreign entities and represent the mentioned entities before the courts in the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
