Adv. Calanit Bar is a partner in the Real Estate and Urban Development Department.

Calanit is an expert in the field of real estate and the financing of various types of real estate projects. For over twenty years, she has been leading complex commercial transactions and providing ongoing professional legal counsel to her clients.

As part of her activities, she provides legal guidance and advances residential real estate projects, including offices, development and construction of commercial projects and residential towers, urban renewal, rental housing projects and more – while outlining a comprehensive legal strategy for complex real estate projects.

Calanit has extensive experience in managing negotiations with relevant parties, contracting with developers and landowners, drafting contracts for combination transactions, construction and execution transactions, joint transactions, eviction and construction projects, accompanying purchase groups, accompanying clients in the sheltered housing field, and numerous and varied transactions in these areas.

In addition, Calanit regularly accompanies and represents companies and private developers in the long-term rental housing field, and has extensive experience in dealing with these private and governmental entities
