White-collar crime litigator Dr. Roman Bradu is a business crime expert with over a decade of experience in the field. Since the founding day of his firm, Roman has been leading and inspiring his team at Bradu, Neagu & Associates.

Human above all, he understood from a young age the conflictual nature of existence and sought after a way of reconciling vastly different views and interpretations of life itself.

Roman found in himself vigorous competitiveness, strategic and tactical capabilities that made it clear to himself what path was better suiting his character. Both natively endowed with cunningness and gentleness alike and shaped through deep-rooted tradition on genealogical descent, law was already in his heart and he allowed it only to grow stronger and more luminous.

Passionate about philosophy and human arts, he vowed to himself to maintain balance and justice in the world around him, so that people could enjoy the liberty of being free and unrestrained, of growing and of learning, even through mistakes. While clear and adamant regarding the highest of moral standards, his purpose became to enable himself to discern between malevolence and honest human nature, imperfect as it may be in many cases.

As such, besides competitively acting on the legal stage, doing his best to grow himself and raise the possibilities his firm has, once every year one case he takes pro bono, finding reward not in remuneration but in active participation in the life of the citadel, as he sometimes calls his surroundings – city, country, continent and planet.

Of course, his results in that competitive area are much worth mentioning as well, with cases won in great percentage, his recent ones including a massive 1.6 billion dollar money laundering and misuse of company credit allegations.

Education

Dr. Roman Bradu obtained Master’s Degree from the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of Law in 2006. To the furtherance of his academical path, he became a Doctor in Law, completing his PhD at the same prestigious University of Bucharest in the year 2011.
