She has 7+ years’ experience, as a start in advocacy, Ms. Aya has started practicing corporate law and litigation, which helped to build up her knowledge of contract drafting, writing memorandums, any other legal documents, consultations. She has experience with all types of contracts including drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts and its closure and make sure that it is in the Clients’ interests. In addition to, establishment of various legal entities and advise about the incorporation law and the entity’s structure and its governance. Ms. Aya handles all corporate governance matters in regard to national and international entities.

In addition to, providing legal consultancies to the various departments for the national and international Companies, including but not limited to, Human Resources departments for employment matters and employment contract drafting as per the applicable laws, social Insurance management from initiating the social insurance file, processing the entry and exit of the employees.

Moreover, she is reliable for all the licenses and permits needed of the Companies’ object as per the applicable laws and regulations.

Ms. Aya provides consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
