Additionally, he has experience with local arbitrations. He has great negotiation skills and a strategic sense in the counseling for prevention of disputes.
He has worked as partner of the Firm Caez Gómez & Alcalde; as an external advisor of PPA Projects in FONADE; consultant of the United Nations – UNCTAD in the COMPAL program on matters related to Competition Law and Antitrust; advisor of the Delegation for the Promotion of the Competition of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; external advisor of Lacoste Colombia, Brinsa S.A. (Refisal); Lawyer in the Unit for Crimes Against the Public Administration of the Attorney General Office; he was part of the Group of Contracts of the Legal Office of the National Registry of Civil Status, among others.
