Mr. Caez has participated  in litigations in contractual and corporate Law, Competition Law and Antitrust, Intellectual Property, as well as in Civil and Administrative disputes. Additionally, he has experience with local arbitrations. He has great negotiation skills and a strategic sense in the counseling for prevention of disputes. 

He has worked as partner of the Firm Caez Gómez & Alcalde; as an external advisor of PPA Projects in FONADE; consultant of the United Nations – UNCTAD in the COMPAL program on matters related to Competition Law and Antitrust; advisor of the Delegation for the Promotion of the Competition of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; external advisor of Lacoste Colombia, Brinsa S.A. (Refisal); Lawyer in the Unit for Crimes Against the Public Administration of the Attorney General Office; he was part of the Group of Contracts of the Legal Office of the National Registry of Civil Status, among others.
