Jennifer practises in all areas of commercial and regulatory law.
Jennifer has a broad commercial practice. Jennifer is recognised in Doyle’s Guide to Leading Barristers, and was recognised in Lawyerly Media’s inaugural Rising Stars edition in 2021 for her work in high-stakes litigation.
Before coming to the Bar, Jennifer was a commercial litigation solicitor with Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) and a Senior Associate with Arnold Bloch Leibler.
Career
Jennifer has over 10 years’ experience as a litigator, and practises in all areas of commercial law. She focuses on commercial litigation for corporate clients and has acted in major litigation in Victoria and interstate involving trade practices, commercial contracts, professional indemnity, and fraud. Before coming to the Bar, Jennifer was a commercial litigation solicitor with Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) and a Senior Associate with Arnold Bloch Leibler.
Jennifer was called to the Bar in 2012.
