Predee is currently a Legal Director and Head of our Thailand office. Predee earned post-graduate diplomas from leading universities in Thailand and the United Kingdom and is a licensed Thailand Attorney-at-Law.
Predee advises clients in a vast array of business and commercial transactions, including corporate, hospitality, real estate, banking, finance, REITS, data protection, technology law, employment, and regulatory compliance. He counsels prominent hotel operators and developers on hotel management, branded residences, and franchise transactions in Asia-Pacific jurisdictions. He has advised several global hotel operators on all aspects of market entry into the Thailand and Asia-Pacific markets, including requirements for foreign business licenses and BOI investment promotion schemes. He provides strategic litigation counsel for disputes involving high-value hospitality and real estate assets and is a guest lecturer of law at Ramkhamhaeng University and a prestigious hospitality college in Thailand
