She successfully ran her own business before joining Lei Dat & Baig Solicitors. After joining Lei Dat & Baig, she rapidly progressed in the firm, becoming a Director in a short space of time and ultimately Head of the Manchester Office.
Sumera’s exceptional qualities and abilities were quickly recognised and she was entrusted with running and managing the Manchester Office. Sumera has substantial experience working with the Legal Aid Agency, and in particular Immigration and Asylum applicants. She has considerable experience working with other professionals, and wide range of interpreters.
