Dipti has over 20 years of experience of commercial litigation and arbitration. 

Dipti’s disputes practice covers a broad spectrum of clients and sectors Dipti acts for investors, shareholders, directors, banks, fund managers,  businesses and high net worth individuals.

Dipti has particular expertise in investment and financial disputes, Islamic finance disputes, shareholder disputes, contentious trust and pension disputes, fraud and asset recovery, company and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and technology disputes. Dipti is also an experienced supervising solicitor.

 

Dipti is a former Vice Chair of the Commercial Litigation Association and has been a member of several professional working committees for the Business and Property Courts.

Career

Dipti joined Keidan Harrison as a partner in May 2021 after spending over 4 years with PwC’s multi-disciplinary disputes team.

Dipti has also worked at Memery Crystal, Irwin Mitchell  and DAC Beachcroft.

Dipti qualified at Masons (now Pinsent Masons)  in 1998.
