Matthew Wells joined Grant Stephens Family Law in 2020 as an Associate Solicitor with a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law.  He was promoted to the position of Partner within the firm in 2022.

Matthew is the former Head of one of the geographically largest Family law teams in South Wales and he has a leading reputation for achieving sensible and advantageous outcomes for his clients with his “down to earth”, considerate and caring approach to the practise of family law. Matthew very much views Court as an option of last resort and will encourage his clients to approach their family law case in as amicable, conciliatory, and cost-effective way as possible, whilst always seeking to protect and advance their interests
