He brings more than 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of his clients’ businesses and IP needs.

Titirat advises and assists numerous local and international clients from various industries to achieve their goals in IP protection both legally and commercially. He is trusted by leading multi-national companies and law firms to manage their IP portfolios in Thailand, ASEAN and other countries around the world. His clients are confident in the effective filing strategies and advice he provides to overcome obstacles and successfully obtain registrations based on the laws and local practice in the jurisdictions involved. Titirat also monitors possible conflicts or infringement for his clients, provides legal analysis, offers and implements enforcement and dispute resolution programs that truly address the problem while ensuring his clients’ best interests.
