Career

Yossi Rozhenko began his IP career in 2006, as an intern at the technology department at leading IP firm Reinhold Cohn. & Co., dealing with a variety of cutting edge technologies – cutting tools, armor & ballistics, locking mechanisms, water destination and irrigation systems, industrial processes and solar energy.

In 2016, armed with this valuable experience, Yossi started a new path as an in-house patent attorney at the American medical device company Medtronic, providing IP services to its various affiliates in Israel, for a range of medical devices.

At the beginning of 2021, Yossi became the IP director for Momentis Surgical (then ‘Memic Innovative Surgery’), a company developing robots for minimally invasive surgery. In this role, Yossi was in charge of the company’s entire IP portfolio and all its aspects (Patents, Designs, Trademarks etc.), implementing work protocols and IPMS systems, IP business intelligence and preparation of the portfolio for due diligence and investor reviews.

In the end of 2023, Yossi joined the Shalev Jencman family as Partner and Head of the Mechanical Department, harnessing his passion and experience to promote IP and innovation in Israel and abroad.
