Quentin has a 2nd-year Master’s degree in Law and Practice of Labor Relations from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas Institute of Business Law and joined FROMONT BRIENS in 2012. He was appointed of Counsel in 2019. He then helped to set up FACTORHY’s social contributions division before being promoted to partner in 2020.

Quentin is involved daily in all issues related to social contributions, payroll management or employee savings schemes as well as those related to executive compensation. He advises and defends companies of all sizes – SMEs/Mid-Caps and listed companies alike – across all sectors of activity (distribution, logistics, temporary employment agencies, metallurgy, employer groups, training providers, restaurants, etc.).

He also advises insurance organizations and brokers on issues bearing on supplementary social protection.

Quentin has developed special expertise in Urssaf audits particularly by defending companies and groups subject to audits with significant financial implications. He intervenes in this capacity during all phases of the audit.

Finally, he regularly conducts training sessions and workshops for a wide range of groups, including managers, HRDs, compensation and benefits specialists, HRMs, lawyers, sales people and students.
