Career

Graduating from the University Panthéon Assas’ “Law and practice of labor relations” Master in 2006, he started his career at Fromont Briens as an intern, then as a lawyer in a team specializing in social optimization and Urssaf litigation.  In 2009, he joined Flichy Grangé Avocats as a lawyer in a team specializing in restructurings, before moving to Fromont Briens in July 2010. He became a partner in January 2017 and now leads a team of 5 lawyers.

He advises international and French groups in the food industry, banking, entertainment and engineering consultancy sectors, as well as numerous French and foreign SMEs and Mid-Caps of all sizes on employment law issues across the board.

Alexandre and his team are fully bilingual in English, which has allowed them to develop special expertise in the field of international mobility.

He has also developed cutting-edge practice in the optimization of tax and social contributions, which enables the firm’s clients to make significant savings. To give a recent example, Alexandre had the law on the “senior penalty” annulled before the French Constitutional Council, which has unlocked tens of millions of euros in savings for French companies.

A member of the Parisian branch of France’s leading network of entrepreneurs (Medef) and commissions since December 2018, he regularly gives conferences on various aspects of employment law, in French and English.
