Career
Aleksandra Dobrzynska-Grezel is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort (formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2011), she worked for more than two years in a Warsaw law firm and completed several internships in renowned Polish law firms in Krakow and Warsaw.
She specialises in business law, company law, environmental law and intellectual property law. She has advised clients in connection with complex M&A transactions and joint ventures. She has extensive experience in advising the founders of companies on the sale of their businesses. Her experience also encompasses mergers of WSE-listed companies, corporate transformations, as well as sale transactions relating to companies operating in the fuel, energy, petrochemical, FMCG, beauty and pharmaceutical sectors. She has considerable experience in conducting due diligence investigations of companies from various sectors of the economy. She has advised issuers, selling shareholders and investment banks on all aspects of international and domestic public offerings and on the private placements of securities.
