Lukasz Zak is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta. He joined Rymarz Zdort (formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k.) in 1999 and qualified as an advocate in 2003.

A specialist in litigation, including in respect of civil, criminal and commercial law matters, Lukasz’s areas of practice include, in particular, pursuing claims under breach of contract and the protection of intellectual property rights. He has expertise in securing claims for damages and compensation.

Lukasz has represented numerous entities in proceedings aimed at pursuing fair competition, personal property protection and indemnity claims. He has also represented clients before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
