Octavian is one of the co-founding Partners of GNP Guia Naghi & Partners starting July 1st 2019. Before founding GNP, Octavian coordinated the civil-commercial and administrative-public procurement litigation practice department within a Big4 affiliated law firm in Romania.
Octavian represented private and public major clients from different industries: oil & gas, aviation, electronics, agribusiness, finance and insurance, automotive, construction in a wide variety of high profile litigation and arbitration cases.
