Career
John acts as the firm’s managing partner, having been involved with the company since 2002. He deals with all aspects of shipping litigation, including both P&I and FD&D issues, marine insurance and coverage disputes and other shipping-related commercial disputes.
John advises on ship arrests, forced sale of vessels, demurrage claims, charter party disputes, stevedore damage and other incidents caused by third-parties, personal injury, crew illness and death, as well as carriage of goods disputes and cargo claims.
John is a qualified advocate in Malta.
