Vassallo Associates is a specialist marine litigation firm established since 1870 with offices in Valletta, and a representative office in London. We advise as part of our daily practice on ship arrests, salvage, loss or damage, towage, collision, pollution, enforcement of mortgages, cargo claims, bills of lading and contracts of affreightment, judicial and court-approved sales and have also extensive experience in dealing with MLC claims and abandonment of seafarers.
The firm acts regularly for P&I Clubs and marine insurers, international law firms as well as shipowners and operators. We advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters and provide solutions that are clear, concise, effective and commercial.
