• Stefan Demmel joined the patent attorneys and attorneys at law firm BDPE in August 2023.
• He is a patent attorney practicing IP for more than 5 years. His technical areas of expertise are in the fields of communications engineering, electrical engineering, semiconductor technology, heating engineering, mechanical engineering, data processing and software.
• Prior to joining BDPE, he worked as a patent engineer and patent attorney trainee at a medium-sized patent law firm, drafting patent applications as well as patent prosecution proceedings.
• At BDPE, he is actively involved in patent litigation proceedings.
• He completed training at the 2nd Civil Chamber at the District Court Mannheim, and is an admitted German Patent Attorney since October 2022.
• Stefan completed his postgraduate studies in law for patent attorneys patent at the FernUniversität in Hagen, Germany.
