Career
Nelly has extensive experience with corporate and commercial transactions and has advised in relation to many takeovers, taking the lead in complex (vendor’s and buyer’s) legal due diligence exercises in connection with M&As. Nelly is frequently advising, together with local Dutch Counsel, Greek corporates doing business in the Netherlands and her practice focuses particularly on the Hotels & Tourism and Projects & Infrastructure areas having advised a great number of domestic and foreign clients on relevant projects.
Education
Nelly holds an LL.B. from the Athens Law School where she graduated at the top 1% of her class and an LL.M. (Advanced) in European and International Business Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands, where she studied under a merit-based Gold Leiden Excellence Scholarship (LexS).
