Career
Sanjay has more than 25 years of experience in Domestic and
International Commercial Arbitration, Civil Litigation, Criminal
Litigation including Domestic and Cross Border Regulatory and Criminal
Investigations, White Collar Crimes and Forensics and Election Advisory
and Litigation. Prior to AQUILAW, Sanjay has worked with Anindya
Kumar Mitra, former Additional Solicitor General of India and former
Advocate General of West Bengal, Luthra & Luthra and Khaitan & Co.
Sanjay is the Sr. Standing Counsel on behalf of State of West Bengal
before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He is also the legal advisor
to the Home and Hill Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal,
member of State Board of Wildlife and West Bengal Heritage
Commission. Sanjay is also a member of the Governing Council,
WBNUJS.
