Mr. Mazhenov is the founder and managing partner of the company. He leads projects working in a team, but also independently. He started running Regatta Consult LLP in 2000 year and his law experience makes possible to provide necessary legal advice of high quality in a relatively short time on complicated issues. Mr. Mazhenov has a great experience in the protection of clients’ interests, negotiation of deals and etc. Over the last 20 years, he represented clients’ interests in very valuable and complicated transactions, prepared thousands of legal opinions, and carried out legal due diligence on projects of major market players in Kazakhstan. Mr. Mazhenov fluently speaks Turkish, Russian, Kazakh languages and has an Upper-Intermediate level in English.

Graduated in 1998 from Ankara University, Faculty of Law with Bachelor degree (Turkey);
Graduated in 2008 from International Academy of Business, Management specialty, academic degree of Master (Kazakhstan).
