Mr. Yegemberdiyev has an impressive experience in commercial and corporate law. He is very good in contract law & negotiations with third parties in the interests of clients.  In particular, there are plenty of deals, led by Yessimzhan, which were completed successfully for clients, including agreements and contracts with state authorities.  Over the last years, he has provided lots of legal consultations to foreign and local entrepreneurs on the issues of business creation and its development in Kazakhstan.
