Małgorzata Łamek-Bogacz combines advice in the area of corporate and commercial companies law with a broad specialization in labour law, providing clients with comprehensive support in the most important areas of their day-to-day activities.

She manages the team serving capital companies, mainly from the automotive and chemical industries, including listed companies.

In her consulting work, Małgorzata combines legal and tax competence. She offers support in the field of personal taxes, specializing in the implementation of incentive programs for key executives.
Małgorzata cooperates with listed companies in the implementation of remuneration policies. She is the author of multiple publications in this area and a speaker at conferences.

Since the beginning of her professional career she has been involved in M&A transactions. Małgorzata supports clients in the processes of mergers and divisions of companies and ventures related to ownership changes in companies (e.g. planning and conducting transactions, due diligence, feasibility study, post-transaction consulting).

She also provides comprehensive advice to foreign entities on entering the Polish market and obtaining public aid. Recently, Małgorzata has directed a project to support an industry leader in the production of battery materials for electric cars in starting their operations in Poland.
