Career

Ewa is a member of the litigation team. She specializes in providing legal advice related to litigation arising from contract performance, including in particular construction and IT contracts. She has extensive experience in representing general contractors and subcontractors of complex construction and implementation projects at every stage of the contract, with a particular focus on representing these entities in litigation and out-of-court negotiations. She also represents clients in litigation involving acts that infringe competition and intellectual property.

In her professional over the years, she has represented Poland’s largest construction companies, including companies in the group of the general contractor of the National Stadium or key Polish railroad companies. For many years she has also supported the largest IT and new technology entrepreneurs in preparing and negotiating implementation contracts.

She has represented clients in court disputes, the total value of which exceeded one billion zlotys.

Education

Ewa is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

She completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property at Jagiellonian University. 

She is qualified as a mediator by completing the International Mediation Training organized by the Mediation Center at the Supreme Bar Council in cooperation with the GRO Global Resolutions Organization.
