Career

Anna specialises in civil dispute resolution, with a focus on IP and IT/TMT issues. She advises clients throughout all stages of a dispute, including out-of-court resolution methods. Her main objective is to find solutions that meet clients’ business needs.

In particular, she supports companies in the IT sector, as well as private and public sector entities that require diverse IT solutions.  In her practice, she has advised on disputes involving Poland’s largest IT systems.

In addition to supporting clients in the preparation and negotiation of contracts on IP/IT/TMT issues, Anna also has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating contracts for the implementation and maintenance of popular ERP systems on the market.

She has won the Polish Patent Office’s competition for the best scientific work in the field of IP, in which she won the award of the Minister of Development.
