Career

Józef specialises in resolving disputes at the pre-litigation stage, as well as representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings. He also supports clients in criminal proceedings at the pre-trial and court stage. He is additionally involved in the preparation and negotiation of contracts.

He has many years of experience in supporting entrepreneurs in the IT and new technologies industry. In his practice, he has prepared and negotiated contracts for IT systems with a total value exceeding PLN 1 billion.

Józef also has experience in representing clients in criminal proceedings before courts and in pre-trial proceedings conducted by the police and the services (ABW – Internal Security Agency, CBA – Central Anticorruption Bureau).

Education

Józef graduated with a law degree from Jagiellonian University, the International and European Legal Studies programme at the University of Antwerp, and the Postgraduate Studies in Evidence Law, Criminalistics and Related Sciences conducted by the Centre for Forensic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. During his studies, he participated in The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, including the international rounds of the competition in Washington, D.C. Advocate and member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
