Career

Sandra specializes in public aid consulting and focuses on obtaining income tax exemptions for new investment projects.

She has participated in numerous investment projects that required a permit to conduct business activity in special economic zones and a decision on financial support.

She advises not only on how to obtain aid, but also how to use it, thus supporting entrepreneurs facing day-to-day issues in this respect. She has also participated in many administrative and administration court proceedings in the area of public aid.

Moreover, she has extensive experience in providing day-to-day services to entrepreneurs, in particular to large automotive companies with foreign capital.

Sandra has successfully introduced investors with foreign capital to the Polish market, supporting them in starting up their operations in Poland (day-to-day and strategic consulting). In her regular work, she advises Clients on economic and commercial law, and represents them in negotiating and performing contracts commonly applied in business transactions.

She is part of the German Desk OW team.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Wrocław. Already during her studies, she gained valuable professional experience by doing internships at a foreign law firm. She also graduated from the School of German Law at the Faculty of Law of Humboldt University in Berlin.
