Career

Anna specialises in advising on civil, commercial and tax law matters. She has extensive and practical experience in reorganisation projects of the capital structure of companies (transformations, mergers), as well as in projects related to changing the ownership structure of companies, also in cross-border transactions.

On a daily basis, she provides comprehensive legal services to business entities, in particular in the IT sector. She supports clients at the stage of negotiation and execution of commercial agreements and within the framework of corporate services for companies (including tax aspects).

Anna advises on criminal and penal fiscal liability and supports clients in the implementation of internal due diligence mechanisms. She carries out projects concerning tax schemes. She supports clients with reconciliation analysis and MDR reporting, and prepares and designs internal procedures.
