Kacper Szymczak is a first-year advocate trainee in Kondracki Celej’s criminal law team.

He specializes in criminal law, including white-collar crime and penalfiscal law, and disciplinary proceedings. He supports the litigation team in the course of pending criminal trials in every stage of the proceeding – from preparatory proceeding, through trial and proceeding before the court of second instance.

His professional experience, apart from the criminal law, also includes the civil and tax cases, in particular regarding banking law and M&A transactions.

He provides legal assistance to both individual and corporate clients.
