Attorney-at-law with many years of experience in the field of legal advice on infrastructure projects in various sectors of the economy, both for public and private entities. Expert recommended in the Chambers Europe and Legal500 EMEA ranking.
For many years she was practicing PPP in an international law firm.Has an extensive experience in providing advisory services to public entities on the development of effectiveness assessments for various PPP projects and preparation of tender documentation, including draft PPP contracts. As part of services, she provides legal support in connection with drawing a loan financing the project and the performance of all project contracts, including EPC “turnkey” contracts and financing contracts.
As an experienced practitioner, she represents clients in negotiating project contracts, tender procedures and provides advice on related legal problems. Provides comprehensive consultancy as part of projects in the field of waste management and heating, especially those implemented in the PPP formula. Participates in the implementation of projects consisting of the design, construction, maintenance and operation of incineration plants with energy recovery or in projects for the construction of a combined heat and power plant, and then management of the constructed infrastructure. Participates in servicing the sale of shares in municipal companies.
Provides comprehensive legal advice in the first PPP project in Poland in the water sector, especially in the field of tenders for the construction and operation of sewage treatment plants in the public-private partnership formula. She conducts trainings in the field of PPP and public procurement law for private and public entities.
