| Adeniyi is an astute lawyer with over a decade of experience in advising on various aspects of corporate and commercial matters. He has advised on a number of Capital Market deals spanning across Nigeria and West Africa. He specializes in Capital Market, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Energy and Infrastructure, and Business Regulatory and Advisory.
Adeniyi has facilitated various seminars, workshops and conferences both at the national and international levels.
