Lennart is a partner and a member of the M&A group. He is a experienced M&A lawyer with a focus on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as financial institutions on cross-border and domestic transactions and joint ventures. He is also frequently engaged as an advisor to boards of directors in financially challenging situations.

He has experience of business transactions within many areas, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and financial services.
