Mr. Aditya Prio Prabowo is a talented and experienced Indonesian lawyer with more than seven years of experience, who has extensive knowledge and experience in capital markets, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions. In 2015, he was awarded a scholarship by Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) to pursue his master’s degree in advanced LL.M. program in International Civil and Commercial Law from the Leiden University, in the Netherland, where he earned his LL.M. degree the next year.
Prior to joining Walalangi & Partners, he worked as an associate in one of the biggest law firms in Indonesia from 2013 until 2021. He attended a tax consultant course (brevet A and B) in 2013 and was admitted to PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) in 2017.
During his years of practice, he has been involved in numerous deals and transactions relating to major capital markets, M&A and financing transaction, including when he represented a number of publicly listed companies in their delisting, MTN Programme listed at Singapore Stock Exchange and Senior Notes under Reg S and Rule 144A, right issues, as well as complex financings and their multi-layers security interest arrangements.
