- Counsel to Tokyo Tatemono Co Ltd and Tokyo Tatemono Asia Pte. Ltd.Representing and advising both Tokyo Tatemono Co Ltd, Tokyo Tatemono Asia Pte. Ltd in the acquisition/subscription of 50% shares in PT Dharma Tatemono Residences and PT Dharma Tatemono Real Property, from Dharmawangsa Group, the total investment of which amounted to more than USD 300,000,000, involving multi layers and mix between direct capital injection, debt-to-equity conversion, and land acquisition. Both companies are designated for the development of prominent office and residential towers in the most prestigious area (Dharmawangsa) in south Jakarta.
- Counsel to TIS. Inc in the financing to an Indonesian publicly listed company through the issuance of convertible bonds in the total amount of IDR 560,001,736,660, (approximately USD 40,000,000) which is structured using a right issue method offered to existing shareholders.
- Counsel to Hokkan Holdings Limited in the acquisition of 7 business of Indonesian plastic packaging companies operating in wide-spread area across Indonesia and having a significant aggregate amount of assets.
