Dr. Serhat Bayraktutan, the managing attorney of Tunca Attorney Partnership, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. While continuing his professional career in the legal field, he also pursued his academic studies and completed his PhD in Public Law in 2016. Dr. Bayraktutan, who graduated from a second university with an English degree in International Relations, works primarily in the fields of International Law, Law of Foreigners, Human Rights, Renewable Energy Resources, Arbitration, Mediation, Criminal Law, and Commercial Law.
